Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller

Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B prospects.
Generate and schedule qualified sales opportunities for the client or sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.
Send timely follow-up emails and nurture warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Utilize company-provided resources, including lead lists, call scripts, and sales tools, to maximize outreach and performance.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance KPIs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales development is highly preferred.
Required: Previous experience with B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
