Tasks

Aufbau agentenbasierter Automatisierungen für Sales, AM & CSM

Entwicklung von AI‑Co‑Piloten (z. B. CRM‑Updates, Lead‑Routing, Churn‑Signale)

Orchestrierung von Datenflüssen über CRM, Marketing‑ & Produkt‑Tools

Umsetzung komplexer agentischer Workflows auf Basis realer Business‑Signale

Verantwortung für Monitoring, Qualität & Zuverlässigkeit autonomer Systeme

Requirements

Erfahrung im GTM‑, RevOps‑ oder Sales‑Automation‑Umfeld

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in API‑Design, Integrationen & Automatisierungen

Praxis mit LLMs, Prompt‑Design & Agent‑Logik

Sicherer Umgang mit CRM‑Systemen (Salesforce, HubSpot o. ä.)

Programmiererfahrung (Python, JavaScript oder vergleichbar)

Verständnis für Business‑KPIs & Revenue‑Logik
