Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. As a Maintenance Technician, your role will be to ensure the hotel operates seamlessly on a technical level, providing support in maintaining the property and its systems.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of technical systems in the hotel, including electrical installations, plumbing systems, air conditioning, and others.
Monitoring the condition of equipment and performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
Responding to technical failures and providing quick and efficient problem resolution.
Collaborating with other members of the technical team to achieve high maintenance standards.
Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure all technical aspects comply with hotel standards.
Communicating with supervisors about the condition of technical systems and maintenance needs.
Qualifications
Experience in maintaining technical systems, preferably in a hotel environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to situations.
Expertise in working with electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to guests and staff.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
