Your work will directly impact enrollment growth, revenue, and the number of families served through their coding, robotics, AI, and STEM programs.
Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound leads generated through social media marketing and conduct high-volume outbound calls to maximize lead conversion.

Consult with parents to understand their child's age, interests, experience, and goals, then recommend the most appropriate STEM education programs.

Present program benefits, pricing, schedules, and enrollment options while confidently asking for the sale and handling objections.

Book free Trial Classes for families who are not ready to enroll immediately, confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, and follow up after trials to convert them into enrollments.

Conduct consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email, including re-engaging older and nurture-stage leads.

Maintain accurate CRM records by documenting calls, outcomes, follow-ups, lead status, and pipeline activity.

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to speed-to-lead, contact rates, calls, trial bookings, attendance, enrollments, and revenue generation.

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience in phone-based sales, telesales, appointment setting, or customer-facing sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, with the confidence to ask for the sale and close enrollments.

Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and general computer tools to manage leads and sales activity.

Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment with a quiet workspace and dependable high-speed internet.

Goal-oriented and resilient, with a strong interest in performance-based sales and helping families make decisions about their children's education.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to parents or families, particularly in education, childcare, camps, memberships, or subscription-based businesses.

Previous experience working with leads generated through social media or paid digital marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with STEM, coding, robotics, AI, or children's education programs.

Experience managing leads through a CRM and following structured sales cadences.

Previous experience selling programs or services that involve a trial, consultation, or appointment before purchase.

Experience working in a high-volume sales environment with measurable KPIs.

What Success Looks Like

Responding quickly to new leads and maintaining strong contact and connection rates.

Consistently booking qualified Trial Classes and maintaining strong attendance rates.

Converting leads and trial participants into paid student enrollments.

Meeting or exceeding enrollment, revenue, and activity targets.

Maintaining accurate CRM data and completing follow-ups consistently.

Building trust with parents and representing the client's STEM education programs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
