JOB SUMMARY

This job supports one or more analytical aspects of the business products and services life cycle, within a sub-product scope (one or moredata components). Uses minimal judgment and discretion to assist in collaboration with customers to understanddata, reporting, and analytical capability needs, gatherproject and data specifications, createdata sets, operationalreports, andanalytical deliverables, translate high-level business data needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities (and change request/enhancements on existing capabilities),analyze datato determine business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements,create/execute test cases, provideroot cause analysisand corrective action plan, verify delivery of customer data needs, and ensurequality delivery. The role requires proficiency in tools such asPython, SQL, and Airflow. Also supports identification, documentation, and resolution ofrisks, defects and issues. May analyze market trends for competitive insight to correlate into business value statements. Begins to build organizational and platform knowledge in one or more disciplines to advance professional track career. Requires basic understanding ofdata storesimpact of changes across multiple data stores.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with more senior team members, customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions. Create and maintain deliverables such as data set creation, opertaional reports, and analytical dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects, contributing to various stages of the data delivery lifecycle, leveraging diverse data skills and perspectives to drive project success.
Support various aspects of data and report delivery requirements testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects are realized and completing analysis of the results tying back to customer impacts.
Assure compliance for required standards and all necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation.

Pay Range Minimum:
$58,100.00Pay Range Maximum:
$90,000.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
