Aufgaben

Als Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator hältst du operative Marketing- und Recruiting-Aufgaben zuverlässig zusammen. Du bist nah an den Bewerbungen, bereitest Inhalte sauber auf und hilfst dabei, aus guten Ideen klare nächste Schritte zu machen.

Qualifikation

Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und kannst Prioritäten selbstständig setzen.

Du schreibst sehr gutes Deutsch und kommunizierst freundlich, klar und verbindlich.

Du hast erste Erfahrung in Marketing, Recruiting, Assistenz oder digitaler Projektarbeit.

Du fühlst dich in digitalen Tools wohl und arbeitest sicher im Remote-Umfeld.

Du hast deinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland und möchtest langfristig in Teilzeit arbeiten.

Benefits

20 Wochenstunden mit transparentem, planbarem Aufgabenrahmen.

2.000–2.400 € brutto pro Monat – abhängig von Erfahrung und passendem Profil.
