About the Role
Matter Health is seeking a Market Operations Director to lead the operational and financial performance of our Massachusetts market.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who understands value-based care, can manage complex multisite healthcare operations, and knows how to translate business priorities into consistent execution. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and financial acumen, builds trusted relationships across organizational levels, and can lead teams successfully through growth and change.
