Position: Clinical Data Manager / CDISC
Type:Contract
Compensation:$100–$150/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:20–25 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Lead clinical data generation. Ensure every artifact reconciles across protocols, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.
Validate synthetic data rooms for realism, internal consistency, and traceability.
Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities.
Enforce cross-file consistency to ensure patient data integrity across raw data and TLFs.
Manage CDISC and SDTM conformance work and EDC build through database lock.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ years of experience.
Managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms.
Hands-on experience with CDISC and SDTM.
Comfortable with EDC build through database lock.
Location: US or Canada.
Preferred
10–25 years of experience.
30+ hours/week availability.
