Role and Responsibilities:
Facilitate project task, coordinating with stakeholders between Singapore and Japan for remittance enhancement.
Create planning paper of UAT/BCP/Migration/Business rehearsal with end user and Head Office Lead tasks of UAT/BCP/Migration/Business rehearsal with end user and Head Office Facilitate meetings
Adjust scope and requirement of the project
Other relevant tasks assigned by the project manager (e.g. documentation, information gathering)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, such as e-Banking , remittance etc. Understanding of SWIFT Message types and structure, such as MT101, MT103, MT940, etc. As well as MX format such as pain001, pacs008, camt053, etc.
Knowledge on Best practices for ISO20022 regulation change treatment.
Finding the reasonable solution for particular banking corporation. Documentation, Presentation, Meeting facilitation between Singapore and Japan Analytical and problem-solving skills Organized, systematic, logical Able to facilitate multiple stakeholders
Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
Systematic knowledge of project management (e.g. PMP)
Business Japanese required to liaise with stakeholders from HQ
