¿De qué se trata?
Tu Función Principal será brindar una atención al cliente excepcional (pre y post compra) gestionando tickets de soporte a través de nuestra plataforma CRM. Serás la voz de nuestra empresa, asegurando la satisfacción de nuestros usuarios.

Requisitos Clave:
Experiencia previa en Atención al Cliente o Soporte.
Conexión a Internet estable .
PC o Laptop de escritorio .

Horario y Modalidad:
Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Trabaja desde donde estés en LATAM).

Jornada: Full-Time

Horario Fijo: Lunes a viernes, de 10:00 a 19:00 (Hora de España)
1 hora de break
Compensación:
Pagos en dólares ($) , bajo la modalidad de honorarios profesionales.

Gestión de pagos a través de la plataforma Ontop.
