This role is responsible for setting and leading how customers, employees, media, and partners experience our brand in the AI era. This is not a traditional engineering role. It is an innovation leadership position focused on applying emerging technologies to solve business challenges, improve customer experiences, and enable new ways of working across Marketing.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities where AI can transform customer, employee, and stakeholder experiences across HP.
Rapidly develop and validate concepts that demonstrate new approaches to digital engagement, storytelling, knowledge discovery, and personalized experiences.
Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Communications, Digital Experience, and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into innovative solutions.
Create interactive demonstrations and prototypes that help leaders visualize future customer experiences and accelerate organizational alignment.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that support HP’s strategic priorities.
Help establish reusable capabilities that enable teams across the organization to create more intelligent, scalable, and personalized experiences.
Drive experimentation through rapid learning cycles, using feedback to continuously refine concepts and identify the highest value opportunities.
Collaborate with design, content, analytics, and digital teams to ensure innovations align with customer needs and business outcomes.
Represent HP’s innovation efforts through internal showcases, executive demonstrations, workshops, and cross functional initiatives.
Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Experience working with AI enabled products, digital experiences, conversational interfaces, or emerging customer engagement technologies.
Background in digital strategy, customer experience, design innovation, product innovation, or experience transformation.
Experience building executive demonstrations, innovation showcases, or strategic proof of concepts.
Familiarity with modern AI capabilities and how they can be applied to communications, marketing, content, and customer engagement.
