Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to address technical requirements, ensure smooth handoffs, and deliver tailored solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).

Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored sales engagements that demonstrate clear ROI for complex client needs.

Communicate with authority, empathy, and cultural fluency across all interactions in English and Portuguese.

Navigate complex procurement, legal, and executive sign-off workflows efficiently.

Mentor junior team members, share deal strategies, and elevate the overall performance of the sales organization.

4+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle Account Executive experience, preferably closing Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.

Native or professional fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) required.

Expertise in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger).

Strong negotiation, contract management, and CRM hygiene skills (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Hubspot).
