About the role

Für ein wachsendes Technologieunternehmen im Energiesektor suchen wir einen IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist (m/w/d) in Köln. In dieser Position verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung einer modernen IT- und Security-Landschaft und arbeitest an Themen rund um IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud, Netzwerk und Cyber Security. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Rolle mit viel Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum.

Aufgaben

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT- und Security-Infrastruktur

Administration von Windows-Endgeräten mit Entra ID & Intune

Betrieb von Firewalls, VPNs und Security-Lösungen

Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen

Umsetzung von Zugriffs- und Sicherheitskonzepten

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Weiterentwicklung von SIEM-, XDR- und SOC-Lösungen

Mitarbeit an KRITIS- und ISO-27001-Themen

Technischer Support vor Ort und remote

Qualifikation

Ausbildung, Studium oder relevante Praxiserfahrung im IT-Bereich

Erfahrung in IT-Administration, Infrastruktur und/oder IT Security

Kenntnisse in Cloud-Umgebungen, idealerweise AWS

Verständnis für Netzwerktechnik und IT-Sicherheitskonzepte

Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Deutsch mindestens C1 und solides Englisch
