Aufgaben

Kennzahlenmanagement (KPIs): Überwachung von Produktivität, Fabrikkosten, Operating Profit, Qualitätskennzahlen (Ausschuss), Liefertreue und Beständen.

Kostenrechnung & Controlling: Analyse von Herstellkosten, Deckungsbeiträgen, Kalkulation von Fertigungsaufträgen und Abweichungsanalysen (Soll-Ist).

Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Schwachstellen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung (z.B. im Rahmen von Lean Management).

Reporting: Erstellung von kosolidierten Monatsberichten und Ad-hoc-Analysen für den Produktionsverbund Bus und Vorstellung im Management.

Qualifikation

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (technisch-wirtschaftliches Verständnis).

Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld.

IT-Kenntnisse: Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse sowie exzellente MsOffice-Kenntnisse.

Persönlichkeit: Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikations-/Präsentationsstärke als Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Management.
