About the role

Your Role
We’re looking for a Lead Revenue Operations (f/m/d) to take ownership of our commercial operations and help drive our revenue engine. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Tech and Product with a clear mission: to build a scalable, data-driven commercial infrastructure that fuels growth and efficiency at LIQID.

What Will Keep You Challenged?
Design, implement and continuously improve sales & relationship management processes, funnels, KPIs and reports and own data governance for the revenue organization: a single authoritative definition for every commercial KPI, data quality standards and their enforcement.

Act as functional owner of the commercial toolkit incl. CRM (data model, object structure, field logic, workflows, permissions and AI-integration)

Drive operational excellence and change through automation and system optimization (CRM, automation, VOIP, BI etc.).

Assess funnel performance and attribution jointly with Marketing, including each channel's contribution to closed business, and enable growth initiatives with the data and infrastructure they require.

Drive the revenue forecast end to end—methodology, cadence, model maintenance and accountability for forecast accuracy—and turn data into recommendations for the management team: risks, opportunities and trend breaks, with a clear point of view.

Design and maintain how targets and client portfolios are allocated across the commercial team—customer segmentation, coverage segments, assignment rules and individual targets—and create transparency on existing-client economics: churn, portfolio expansion, and net inflows and outflows.

Collaborate deeply across Marketing and Finance teams with regular touch points in Product and Tech, removing blockers and elevating the commercial execution engine.

What You Bring
5+ years' experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or similar roles, ideally in advisory-led, relationship-driven commercial models such as Wealth/Fintech, or SaaS environments

Clear communicator with a structured, ownership-driven, and pragmatic working style (full professional fluency required in both German and English)

Deep sales funnel and CRM expertise, especially HubSpot, plus practical experience with commercial tool stacks, (workflow) automation tools and process performance monitoring

Strong grasp of sales KPIs, funnel metrics, dashboard building, data visualization and process mapping; an analytically trained background is a strong plus (for example: consulting, controlling or FP&A)

Proven track record building forecast models and owning forecast accuracy over time, and building commercial operating infrastructure in a scaling organization

Operative mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience across Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management and the Management team: you steer change processes successfully without formal authority and hold sales and relationship management leadership accountable to process and data standards

First leadership experience, functional or disciplinary, and the ambition to take on a small team as the revenue organization grows.

Flexibility: We don’t complicate your life. You’ll find the right balance with flexible work models, working hours, and remote work options. 28 days of vacation and two additional days off on December 24 and 31 ensure you have ample time to unwind.
