Operate with a strong P&L mindset, understanding the financial impact of decisions

Qualifications

3–5 years of account management experience, preferably within drug or mass retail channels

Experience working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, or similar

Strong category management experience, including the ability to independently pull and analyze syndicated data (Circana/IRI)

Solid forecasting and planning skills

Strong understanding of retail fundamentals, including shelf strategy, consumer behavior, and merchandising

P&L awareness and ability to make financially sound decisions

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to retail buyers and internal stakeholders

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
