About the role

Your missionAls Senior Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter wirst Du Teil unseres zentralen Accounting-Teams. Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung der AP/AR-Accountants und arbeitest eng mit Controlling, Treasury, Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern zusammen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du den weiteren Aufbau einer modernen, internationalen Finanzorganisation.Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften
Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung der AP/AR-Accountants
Mitarbeit an der Konzernberichterstattung und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen sowie weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen
Koordination und fachliche Begleitung bei Jahresabschluss- und Betriebsprüfungen
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems Oracle NetSuite
Analyse und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Controlling, Treasury und Operations

Your profileErfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, einschließlich fundierter, mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Gute HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnisse
Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau)
Sicherer Umgang mit Excel; ERP-Erfahrung (z. B. NetSuite, SAP oder Microsoft Dynamics) von Vorteil
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
