Deine AufgabenDu identifizierst und akquirierst High-Performance-Partner vor allem auf Provisionsbasis (Affiliate-/Influencer-Partnerschaften über UpPromote +weitere Plattformen), leitest komplexe Vertragsverhandlungen und stellst ein messerscharfes Kampagnen-Briefing sicher.
Du steuerst kanalübergreifende Kooperationen von A bis Z und agierst gleichzeitig als Mentor sowie fachlicher Ansprechpartner für deine Teammitglieder bei der operativen Abwicklung.
Du baust das bestehende Netzwerk strategisch aus, pflegst langfristige Key-Relationship-Partnerschaften für BEARS WITH BENEFITS und entwickelst innovative Ansätze zur Steigerung der Brand Loyalty.
Du verantwortest das Monitoring und die tiefergehende Analyse relevanter KPIs. Auf Basis datenbasierter Insights leitest du Handlungsempfehlungen ab, optimierst Budgets und triffst eigenständig strategische Entscheidungen über Fortsetzung oder Skalierung von Partnerschaften.
Mit deiner Expertise und Hands-on-Mentalität treibst du das Wachstum des Kanals aktiv voran und bringst neue, innovative Impulse in die globale Marketingstrategie ein.

Dein ProfilDu bringst 2-3 Jahre Erfahrungim Affiliate Marketing und Influencer Marketing mit (idealerweise im D2C-,Beauty- oder Lifestyle-Bereich) sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing,Kommunikation oder Business.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch, Niederländischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
Du brennst für Beauty-Themen und nutzt auch privat aktiv Social Media Plattformen
Als Organisationstalent behälst du auch bei prallelen Länder-Kampagnen stets den Überblick. Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität aus.
