We are looking for a skilled **Zoho Specialist** to collaborate with Profit-Tech on digital transformation projects for small and medium-sized businesses.The professional will work on the configuration, automation, and optimization of Zoho One applications — mainly CRM, Projects, Books, and Flow — ensuring practical results and process efficiency.The role includes:
Implementing and customizing Zoho CRM modules (Deals, Leads, Pipelines)

Setting up workflows, blueprints, and custom functions (Deluge)

Integrating Zoho Projects and Books for delivery and finance automation

Supporting client onboarding and documenting key processes

Coordinating with designers and finance team for client proposals

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Zoho One ecosystem

Proven experience with CRM customization and automation

Familiarity with Deluge scripting and Blueprint automation

Basic understanding of project and finance modules (Zoho Projects, Books)

Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely

Portuguese or English proficiency
