Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies (email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC).

Develop and execute SEO and backlink strategies, enhancing the company’s digital presence.

Conduct site audits, ensuring SEO best practices are in place and resolving identified issues.

Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend and ROI, and make recommendations for improvements.

Track and report on all relevant metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion), providing actionable insights for senior leadership.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize website performance and user experience.

Handle moderate complexity in managing marketing channels, coordinating marketing content creation, and leading discussions on improving marketing processes.

Supervision: Low – Independently manages tasks and projects but collaborates closely with senior leadership on key decisions.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in marketing or project management with a focus on demand generation and lead generation.

Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion, delivering measurable results.

Expertise in using ClickFunnels to create and optimize sales funnels.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and backlink strategies.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.

Experience with digital advertising platforms and social media management.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)

Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
