Role Overview:The Trade Licensing Program Manager will oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support. This role focuses on:

Program operations and scheduling

Curriculum review and improvement

Compliance and quality standards

Instruction and student support

Programs may include multiple trades such as:

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades

Industrial and environmental trades (e.g., wastewater, manufacturing)

General technical and skilled trades

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides

Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards

Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes

Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams

Participate in operations and quality-related meetings

Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed

Perform other program-related duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

Professional experience in trades, technical, or industrial fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, manufacturing)

Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or reviewing course materials

Experience with online learning platforms and tools (Zoom, Moodle, Google Docs/Slides)

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams or providing mentorship

Experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple stakeholders

Ability to provide guidance on technical content, program quality, and operational best practices

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a remote environment
