Position: Marketing Expert — Creator & Influencer (AI Agent Environments)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60–$100/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs, focusing on planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
Evaluate AI-generated content in Marketing to improve model outputs and decision-making processes.
Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs.
Comfortable with creator platforms and disclosure rules.
Clear written reasoning skills.
Preferred
Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
