About the role

🎤 Why voize? Because we're more than just a job!

At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people.
Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don't replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact.
Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload.
As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we're looking for you to join us on this mission!

💡 Your Mission: Turn growth into a system!

Hi, I'm Jeremy, I lead RevOps at voize. I'm hiring the person who owns sales operations as we scale: new markets, new segments, and a sales team growing fast in all of them.
As Sales Operations Manager, you build the GTM engine that carries us past €100M ARR, working in close partnership with our sales leaders, with genuinely good tooling and AI ways of working behind you. Joining at this point in our hyper-growth journey is rare: big enough that the problems are real, early enough that you shape how they get solved. What you build now compounds for years, and so does your scope.
This role is roughly 60% building new process and 40% running what exists. If you want a mature machine to optimize, this is not it. If you want to design the machine, for now and for what comes next, it is.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
Territory, compensation & capacity. Own the global account, territory and book-of-business model. Carve books for new AEs, keep segmentation honest as we add hospitals and new geos, and build the capacity and quota model that underpins our fiscal plan.

Forecasting. Run the forecast process end to end with our VP Sales and team leads: weekly hygiene, submit and roll-up, quarterly commit. Diagnose why deals slip, and stand the process up in the US, France and UK as those teams ramp.

Insights the company acts on. Define the sales metrics we run on, then turn pipeline and funnel data into the analysis that steers board meetings, monthly GTM reviews and weekly deal inspection. You define what gets measured; our data and BI team build the layer underneath.

Commercial process. Design how non-standard deals are managed at voize. You set the rules and stand the function up; you will not be the approval queue.

Process and tool enablement. In close collaboration with sales enablement, you make sure what gets built actually gets adopted, partnering with leaders, AEs and SDRs to prioritize the work with the most impact.

The GTM stack, built AI-first. Own the sales side of CRM and the tools around it. Automate the manual layer with Claude, n8n and whatever else earns its place, and take a real position on which tooling we buy next as we scale.

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM strategy, at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or in strategy/tech consulting, VC or M&A before an operating role. You have seen what breaks as a sales team scales, because you were the one who fixed it.

Exceptional stakeholder skills. You partner with VPs and team leads as an equal, push back with evidence, and get change adopted by people who do not report to you.

Sharp analytical instincts and deep CRM fluency. Expert in spreadsheets, comfortable reading data in a BI tool, and you have owned a HubSpot or Salesforce instance rather than just worked in one. You go deep on data enrichment and spot the patterns that keep our data model trustworthy.

You have supported forecasting. You can talk methodology, where it broke, and what you changed. Same for a territory or quota plan you built and aligned with sales leadership.

Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on. You are comfortable with no playbook, you prioritize ruthlessly, and you ship rather than produce recommendations.

AI-native as a builder, not just a user. You already use Claude, n8n or similar to remove manual work from your own day, and you can point to something concrete you shipped that way.
