About the role

Für ein international aufgestelltes mittelständisches Unternehmen mit rund 1.800 Mitarbeitenden an mehreren Standorten suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk & Security.

Aufgaben

Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastruktur an mehreren Standorten von Böblingen heraus

Betreuung und Konfiguration der Firewall-Umgebung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Firewall-Regelwerke

Administration von LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Routing und Switching

Mitarbeit an der geplanten weiteren Netzwerksegmentierung

Administration der virtualisierten Windows-Server-Umgebung, insbesondere Active Directory, GPO, DNS und DHCP

Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Security sowie perspektivisch bei Themen rund um OT Security

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 sowie Berührungspunkte mit Entra ID, Intune, Teams und SharePoint

Mitarbeit an spannenden Infrastrukturprojekten, z. B. im Bereich Datacenter, Cloud und Systemmigrationen

Übernahme und eigenständige Steuerung kleinerer IT-Projekte

Gelegentliche Unterstützung im 1st-Level-Support bei Urlaub oder Krankheit

Qualifikation

Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration / IT-Infrastruktur

Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk, insbesondere TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing und Switching

Erfahrung in der Administration von Firewalls, idealerweise Fortinet/FortiGate

Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Active Directory

Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune ist von Vorteil

Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, auch über den eigenen fachlichen Schwerpunkt hinaus Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
