Backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, and trusted by leading enterprises, Doppel is a rapidly growing Series C startup building the future of social engineering defense. Our team combines deep cybersecurity expertise, operational rigor, and startup velocity to solve some of the internet’s most urgent trust and safety challenges.
The Role
At Doppel, we focus on building a culture where people feel respected, supported, and trusted to do meaningful work. We value clarity, collaboration, and solving real problems for our customers and teammates.
We are looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to own technical readiness across our customer-facing teams. In this role, you will build and run the programs that give Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and the broader go-to-market organization the deep product knowledge, technical skills, and confidence they need to deliver value to customers, and to stay ready as Doppel’s products evolve.
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just design programs, you’ll deliver them: running labs, leading workshops, hosting office hours, coaching in real time, and building the certifications and hands-on exercises that turn knowledge into demonstrated field readiness.
What You Will Do

Own technical enablement for SE, CS, and technical audiences across the organization, defining what technical readiness looks like for each role and building the programs that get teams there.

Design, build, and deliver technical learning paths, hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, and supporting enablement materials.

Deliver technical onboarding that helps new hires build product proficiency and ramp quickly, with clear milestones, practice, and validation along the way.

Run live workshops, office hours, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on training that deepen product and technical expertise across teams.

Own technical release readiness for new products, features, and product changes, including readiness programs for major launches such as Email Security.

Identify readiness gaps across SE and CS teams and build programs, coaching, and reinforcement that measurably improve proficiency over time.

Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture knowledge and keep technical training content accurate and current.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for different audiences and skill levels.

Leverage AI tools, simulations, and role-play scenarios to scale practice, coaching, and readiness validation.

Use feedback, assessments, certifications, and participation data to measure impact and continuously improve technical enablement programs.

What We Are Looking For

7+ years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training, sales engineering enablement, or a related field.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to go deep on complex products, and hands-on experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, trust and safety, or enterprise software strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success creating technical learning content such as hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, workshops, and onboarding programs, and delivering it live with energy and credibility.

Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and teach them in a clear, practical, and engaging way.

Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or subject matter experts.

Experience using data (assessments, certifications, engagement, field performance) to identify gaps and demonstrate impact.

Comfort leveraging AI tools to build, scale, and deliver learning experiences.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities and products evolve quickly.

A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
