About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM), Regional Sales is responsible for driving advisor engagement, agency growth, and passenger growth within an assigned geographic territory. Through targeted outreach, training programs, events, and in-market engagement, the BDM identifies and develops agencies and advisors with growth potential, converting engagement into measurable passenger growth and First Time Traveler (FTT) acquisition.
