About the role

At Meal Ticket, we empower the people and organizations who feed our communities. We are seeking a hands-on Director, Demand Generation to lead and execute our go-to-market engine, driving scalable pipeline growth through a high-leverage mix of strategy, campaign execution, and cutting-edge technology. Sitting at the center of our revenue motion, this player-coach role combines strategic full-funnel ownership with direct execution—giving you total visibility across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and ABM while working directly alongside our CRO.
We intentionally designed this role around an 80/20 split: 80% strategic demand generation tied directly to a pipeline target, and 20% cross-functional generalist work (product marketing support, sales enablement, and launch execution). You’ll own our end-to-end go-to-market motion alongside a lean, high-leverage resourcing model: one Content Strategist, a third-party paid/SEO agency, and a 13-agent AI marketing stack orchestrated by a Head-of-Marketing AI agent.
Key Objectives & Impact

Pipeline Ownership: Direct accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline, MQL-to-SQL conversions, and CAC efficiency.

Full-Funnel Demand Gen: Lead paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, webinars, events, and ABM campaigns targeted at our operator ICP.

Orchestration & Execution: Act as a true player-coach—setting strategy for your agency, direct report, and AI stack while personally shipping high-priority campaigns.

Sales Alignment: Partner directly with the CRO on monthly funnel reporting and pipeline forecasting.

Is This Role Right for You?

You thrive on direct execution: You prefer shipping your own work and leveraging cutting-edge AI to accomplish your goals

You’re tied to revenue: You have a proven track record of owning and hitting a hard pipeline number.

You’re an AI-forward marketer: You are fully comfortable directing and optimizing automated AI agent workflows to multiply output.

What Success Demands in Year One

Hitting the Pipeline Target: Consistently deliver against marketing-sourced pipeline goals committed directly to the CRO.

Building a Predictable Engine: Establish a scalable, repeatable channel mix with fully validated CAC efficiency across all programs.

Maximizing AI Operations: Orchestrate and continuously refine the 13-agent AI stack to drive significantly higher marketing output than traditional team structures can deliver at this budget.

A record of building multi-channel programs (paid, SEO, lifecycle, events) with tangible results.
