Email is one of MGID's key owned communication channels, used to engage prospects, clients, and partners across different stages of their relationship with the company.
We are looking for a proactive marketer who can not only execute campaigns but also identify communication opportunities, build automated journeys, improve segmentation, and use data and AI to make engagement more relevant and scalable.
Requirements
Who you are:

4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing automation.

Strong hands-on email marketing experience in a B2B environment.

Experience building automated and trigger-based marketing journeys.

Good practical knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, lists, segmentation, properties and campaign automation.

Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, activation, retention or reactivation programs.

Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral communication.

Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize communication based on data.

Ability to independently identify opportunities and turn them into marketing initiatives.

Will be a plus:

Experience working with global or multi-market campaigns.

Experience with AI tools and LLM-based marketing automation, including personalization, content adaptation, and workflow optimization.

Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, CRM enrichment tools, APIs, integrations, or webhooks.

Experience with B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or other global B2B environments.

Experience with multichannel lifecycle marketing, including push, messaging, chatbots, or website communication.

Understanding of lead scoring, behavioral signals, segmentation, and database hygiene.

Experience with email deliverability and knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consent, and unsubscribe requirements.

Experience with campaign localization, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing documentation.

Languages proficiency:

English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
