About the role

Are you an experienced U.S.-market sales professional now living outside the United States?

SalesRoads is seeking exceptional B2B sales representatives for remote international contractor opportunities. This position may be especially well suited to U.S. expats, dual citizens, globally based professionals, and location-stable digital nomads who have substantial firsthand experience with American business culture.

You will conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based executives and decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our clients.

This is not a general call-center position. Success requires more than excellent English. You must understand how U.S. businesses communicate, evaluate solutions, handle objections, and make purchasing decisions.

Who This Opportunity Is For

You may be a strong fit if you:

Currently live and work outside the United States.

Have lived, studied, or worked extensively in the United States or within the U.S. economy.

Have several years of experience selling to or supporting U.S.-based businesses.

Understand American business language, expectations, decision-making, and communication styles.

Can conduct natural, unscripted conversations with U.S. executives.

Have built a stable remote-working environment abroad.

Applicants with dual citizenship or other international backgrounds are welcome. Citizenship is not the deciding factor. Selection is based on relevant experience, current work location, legal eligibility to provide services there, and demonstrated U.S.-market fluency.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound B2B calls to executives and decision-makers in the United States.

Introduce client products and services and create meaningful sales conversations.

Qualify prospects and secure appointments that meet client-approved criteria.

Navigate objections confidently without relying entirely on a script.

Maintain accurate call outcomes, qualification notes, and CRM records.

Participate in campaign onboarding, call reviews, quality coaching, and calibration connected to client outcomes.

Meet agreed service, quality, communication, and campaign expectations.

Required Qualifications

At least three years of B2B outbound sales, cold-calling, lead-generation, or appointment-setting experience.

Substantial experience working with the U.S. market.

Professional English fluency suitable for complex conversations with American executives.

Strong phone presence, listening skills, judgment, and objection-handling ability.

Ability to establish credibility quickly and adapt across different industries and campaigns.

Coachability and willingness to apply campaign and call-quality feedback.

Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace.

Ability to provide services during agreed U.S. business-hour coverage windows.

Legal ability to provide independent contractor services from your current country and location.

Experience limited primarily to non-U.S. call-center activity, without meaningful exposure to the U.S. business market, will generally not meet the requirements of this engagement.

Location Requirements

This opportunity is for contractors who regularly perform their services from an approved location outside the United States.

SalesRoads does not engage U.S.-based contractors for this role.

Your primary work country and location must be disclosed and approved before engagement.

You must be legally permitted to provide independent services from that location.

International travel must not interfere with client coverage, service continuity, data security, or applicable legal requirements.

Any material change in your primary work country or location must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Some countries or locations may not be eligible due to legal, payroll-platform, client, security, or operational restrictions.

Contractor Compensation

Service fee of $17 USD per approved service hour.

Uncapped performance-based commission opportunity.

Target total annual earnings of approximately $44,000 to $55,000+ USD when providing services at a full-time level and meeting applicable performance targets.

Actual earnings depend on service hours, assigned programs, completed results, and individual performance.

Engagements generally require approximately 40 service hours per week, with agreed coverage during applicable U.S. business hours.

Four-day or five-day service arrangements may be available when compatible with client and campaign needs.

Contractor Flextime

SalesRoads provides up to 40 hours of paid contractor flex time annually, subject to the contractor agreement, advance notice when practical, client needs, service continuity, and coverage requirements.

Contractor flex time may be used for local or national holidays, illness, personal matters, or other approved time away. It is a contractor engagement perk and is separate from employee PTO, employee holiday pay, sick leave, or employee benefit programs.

Contractor Relationship

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment.

Contractors are responsible for their own:

Taxes and required government contributions.

Business registrations or authorizations.

Computer equipment, internet service, and workspace.

Invoicing and other obligations established by the contractor agreement.

Compliance with applicable requirements in their country or jurisdiction.

The written Contractor Services Agreement or Statement of Work will govern the engagement.

Selection Process

Qualified applicants may be asked to:

Complete a job-related questionnaire.

Submit a brief video introduction demonstrating communication ability and U.S.-market fluency.

Participate in an on-camera interview.

Complete an outbound-sales role-play.

Complete reference and technology checks.

Applicants should be prepared to explain when and how they developed their knowledge of the U.S. business market.

Apply

If you are living abroad but already know how to connect, communicate, and sell within the U.S. business market, we want to hear from you.

Please confirm that your email address, current country, and primary work location are accurate when applying.
