About the role

About the Engagement
AllShore Talent is supporting a large Adobe implementation initiative requiring experienced professionals across Content Supply Chain, Experience Platform & Digital Marketing, and Program & Delivery workstreams.
This is a high-priority, multi-resource engagement supporting complex Adobe implementations across enterprise environments. The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately six (6) months, with potential for extension and future project opportunities based on performance, business needs, and continued expansion of Adobe-related programs.
Resources will work as part of distributed delivery teams supporting architecture, implementation, integration, configuration, data, marketing technology, analytics, operations, and program delivery.
Because of the scale and pace of the program, candidates should be comfortable working within cross-functional teams, collaborating remotely, and contributing quickly within established project environments.

Due to the critical nature and urgency of this hire, we are unable to accommodate extended notice periods, such as 30 days.

If you are not immediately available or cannot start within a short timeframe, please let the recruiter know whether you would be able to engage on a part-time basis while completing your notice period. For example, you may be able to support 20 hours per week during morning hours until you are available to transition to full-time.

Please be as specific as possible about your availability so we can determine whether an interim arrangement may be feasible.

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior Adobe Enterprise Architect to define and lead the future-state architecture for complex enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud environments.
This individual will operate across multiple Adobe products and the client's broader enterprise ecosystem, determining how content, customer data, analytics, identity, personalization, journey orchestration, commerce, CRM, cloud platforms, and external systems should work together.
This is a broad, cross-platform architecture role. It is not focused on implementing one Adobe product and is not a platform-administration position.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior architecture leader and trusted advisor for enterprise Adobe transformation initiatives.

Lead discovery with executive, business, marketing, product, data, security, and technology stakeholders.

Assess the current Adobe ecosystem, enterprise platforms, integrations, data architecture, operating model, and technical debt.

Define current-state, transition-state, future-state, and North Star architectures.

Translate business objectives into scalable enterprise technology strategies.

Define how content, data, identity, analytics, personalization, decisioning, and activation flow across platforms.

Design integration approaches between Adobe products and CRM, commerce, cloud, data warehouse, identity, consent, DAM, and activation platforms.

Establish architecture principles, technical guardrails, integration patterns, governance standards, and decision frameworks.

Develop phased transformation roadmaps, dependencies, sequencing, and investment priorities.

Lead architecture reviews and guide Solution Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and delivery teams.

Create and present architecture diagrams, roadmaps, decision documents, and executive recommendations.

Serve as the escalation point for complex cross-platform architecture decisions.
