Position: Bilingual Norwegian Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type:Contract
Compensation:$58–$62/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Write expert-level prompts in Norwegian across sensitive subject areas.
Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Norwegian.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian. Business-level written English.
A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Preferred
Based in Norway. Applicants based elsewhere are welcome.
Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
