Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of products and features that deliver measurable value for customers and the business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is energized by solving complex problems, identifying emerging opportunities, and transforming customer insights into meaningful product outcomes. You will leverage data, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to shape product direction, influence decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions that keep pace with evolving customer needs and industry trends.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned products and features, from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.

Define and communicate product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.

Proactively identify emerging trends, customer challenges, and competitive insights to inform future product strategy.

Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements and innovations.

Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Use critical thinking and data-driven decision making to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, and solve complex business problems.

Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement by testing new ideas, challenging assumptions, and driving product innovation.

Develop and maintain clear product requirements, documentation, and knowledge resources that support successful execution.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of product management experience.

Preferred experience with pricing packaging and subscription management solutions.

Demonstrated success managing the lifecycle of products or features from concept through launch and enhancement.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments.

Experience leveraging customer insights, market research, and data to influence product direction and prioritization.

Ability to anticipate future customer needs and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines.

A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for building products that create meaningful customer value.
