About the role
Your role and responsibilitiesYou support and advise your Colleagues on Application Problems by answering IT-specific Questions.
You will analyze hardware and software Faults, which is Part of your daily Challenge where you can demonstrate your problem-solving Skills.
You will plan System and Network Structures and implement them together with your Team.
You will coordinate external Service Providers for Hardware and Software Problems (2nd and 3rd level support).
You will be involved in various Projects to establish IT Systems.
You will also conduct Workshops and create Training Documents and Instructions for your Colleagues.
Your profileYou have a High School Diploma.
You have a strong technical Understanding and are enthusiastic about IT Topics and modern Technologies.
You enjoy dealing with and solving customer Queries of all Kinds and value personal Contact.
You are a strong Communicator, show Initiative, think, and act analytically and are willing to learn new Things.
You have a Car Driver's License.
Very good German and good English Skills round off your profile.
