Our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent. We believe everyone deserves equal access to opportunities, regardless of the country they are born in.
About the Company You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be joining a fast-growing pet wellness brand whose mission is to reimagine pet food—one wholesome bowl at a time—by creating vet-developed recipes made from real, trusted ingredients. The business operates with the agility of a startup while benefiting from the resources of a global organization.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate (Partnerships) to join their growth marketing team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Business Development and will take full ownership of the Partnerships channel, a key offline customer acquisition driver.
You’ll work with exciting brands across the U.S., build and manage partnerships end-to-end, and help scale other offline marketing channels as the company grows. This is an outward-facing role best suited to someone who thrives on relationship-building, takes initiative, and enjoys executing fast-paced projects.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and secure customer acquisition partnerships with aligned pet and non-pet brands

Own partnerships end-to-end: from ideation and contracting to campaign execution and collaboration management

Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact

Conduct market research to identify trends and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with growth goals

Establish KPIs and metrics for partnership success; track results, analyze outcomes, and optimize for ROI

Support the scaling of multiple offline marketing channels through reporting, agency coordination, and logistics

Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Operations, and the broader Company Group to integrate partnership activity into wider marketing strategy

Ideal Candidate

2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, growth marketing, or business development

Degree (or concentration) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field with strong academic performance

Strong communication skills and confidence working in a highly outward-facing role

Analytical mindset with the ability to build simple business cases and evaluate partnership impact

Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, including basic formulas, and understanding marketing metrics like CAC and ROI

Entrepreneurial and proactive—able to solve problems creatively and work independently

Passion for pets (bonus points if you’re a dog person through and through!)

Ability to work in EST hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
