About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP systems. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive efficient business processes across finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support

Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) to gather and translate requirements

Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ERP systems

Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants

Drive process improvements and system optimization

Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance

Handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP solutions

2–4 years of experience leading ERP projects or managing teams

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as:
Financials

Procurement

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

General Ledger (GL)

Fixed Assets

Cash Management

Project Billing and Enterprise Contracts

Experience working with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes

Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects

Exposure to data migration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Certifications in Oracle ERP (Cloud) are a plus

HCM experience is an added advantage

Technical Knowledge:

Oracle ERP Cloud

Knowledge of reporting tools such as: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Basic understanding of SQL, Integrations & APIs.
