Job Purpose:
As part of Project POWER, the global separation of the FUELS business from the Bureau Veritas Group, the Global HRIS & Payroll Separation Program Lead will lead and coordinate the end-to-end separation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll services currently provided by the Group. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the FUELS business has the required HR systems, payroll solutions, data, interfaces, processes and service arrangements in place to operate as a standalone organization after the expiration of TSAs.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Programme Leadership & Governance:

Lead the global HRIS and Payroll separation programme within Project POWER.

Establish and maintain the overall programme plan, key milestones, dependencies, deliverables and critical path.

Coordinate multiple country-level workstreams and ensure alignment with the overall separation roadmap.

Establish appropriate governance, reporting and escalation mechanisms.

Provide regular progress updates, highlighting key risks, issues, dependencies and decisions required.

Ensure that activities remain aligned with the overall POWER separation plan and transaction milestones.

HRIS & Payroll Separation:

Coordinate the separation of HRIS and Payroll services currently provided by the Bureau Veritas Group.

Define and coordinate the required future-state HRIS and Payroll solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Assess country-level requirements, existing solutions, contractual arrangements, interfaces and dependencies.

Coordinate the separation, migration and/or implementation of HR and payroll systems across countries.

Ensure appropriate arrangements are established for data migration, data ownership, system access, interfaces and reporting.

Coordinate the transition from Group-provided services to FUELS-owned or third-party services.

Data, Testing & Day D Readiness:

Coordinate HR and payroll data separation and migration activities, ensuring data integrity, security and compliance.

Oversee system and payroll testing, including user acceptance testing and parallel payroll runs where required.

Coordinate cutover planning and execution with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure all critical HR and payroll processes are tested and operational before Day D.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Act as the primary coordination point between FUELS, Bureau Veritas Group, IT, HR, Finance, Payroll and external providers.

Work closely with local HR and business teams to ensure country-specific requirements are understood and addressed.

Coordinate external HRIS and payroll vendors and monitor delivery against agreed milestones and requirements.

Risk & Transition Management:

Identify, assess and actively manage programme risks and dependencies.

Ensure critical risks affecting payroll continuity, employee data, compliance or Day D readiness are appropriately escalated.

Develop contingency and business continuity arrangements for critical HR and payroll processes.

Support the transition from project delivery into the future standalone FUELS operating model.

Local HRs acting as SSC in the region.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Significant experience in leading complex global HRIS, Payroll, HR Transformation or HR Technology programmes.

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country programmes involving multiple stakeholders, systems and service providers.

Experience in M&A, divestment, carve-out, separation or standalone-company implementation is highly desirable.

Able to work in a matrix environment building excellent relationships with local HR networks in each country and the local HRSSCs in order to be efficient and effective in operating across a large Regions.

Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both senior leadership and operational levels.

Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced and highly time-critical transformation environment.

Qualifications Required:

Educated to degree or equivalent level

Recognised HR qualification highly recommended

Country-level separation plans covering all relevant FUELS entities.

Defined future-state HRIS and Payroll arrangements.

Successful separation and/or migration of employee and payroll data.

Completed system, interface and payroll testing.

Confirmed payroll continuity and readiness for Day 1.

Effective transition from Group-provided services.

Clear governance, reporting, risk management and escalation.

Appropriate handover to the standalone FUELS organization.
