Track and report basic KPIs (e.g., contact coverage, open issues, turnaround times); suggest process tweaks based on signals you see.

Partnership & Network Support

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Network/TP Operations, Member Services) to match recurring ride patterns to efficient scheduling paths (e.g., standing orders) and reduce service gaps.

Surface opportunities where facility-owned fleets or trusted partners could integrate into the SafeRide network to improve fulfillment.

Deliver live virtual and/or in-person training sessions for facility staff, walking them through the SafeRide Care Portal and related workflows to ensure confident, accurate utilization of the platform.
