About the role

πŸš€ Step into the center of the business as the ultimate force multiplier!
We are looking for a relentless, outcome driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the Owner, bridging the gap between high level leadership and ground floor execution.
The Details

Job Title: Chief of Staff (Job ID: COSJPC1)

Compensation: $3,000 to $5,000

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Fully Remote

The Role
This is not an assistant role, nor is it purely strategic. You will sit at the center of the business, rebuilding broken handoffs, pulling critical numbers, running leadership cadences, and owning projects nobody else has bandwidth for. If you want a high impact position where you see the entire business and have a real hand in where the company goes next, this is it.
What You Will Do

Executive Leverage: Act as a proxy for the Owner in meetings. Prep decision memos so leadership is ready to decide (not just discuss), own the meeting cadence, and fiercely filter what reaches the executive desk.

Operations & Performance: Own the company operating rhythm, build performance dashboards, find and fix team friction, and systematize undocumented processes.

Special Projects: Take end to end ownership of high priority, cross departmental initiatives (new product lines, tooling migrations, market expansion) and build the business cases behind them.

Communication & Alignment: Translate leadership priorities to the team, surface ground level realities, and draft internal executive communications.

Your First 90 Days

Days 1 to 30: Learn the business end to end. Sit with every function and map how work flows and where it stalls.

Days 31 to 60: Take over leadership cadences and reporting. Deliver a written assessment of top bottlenecks with actionable recommendations.

Days 61 to 90: Own at least two cross functional projects outright and show measurable movement.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5+ years in ops, consulting, program management, or a similar CoS/business ops role.

Track Record: Proven ability to finish ambiguous, cross functional problems without being managed.

Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to turn a messy situation into a crisp, one page memo.

Data Driven: Comfortable building models, reading a P&L, and telling a story with numbers.

Discretion: Sound judgment with confidential executive information.

Strongly Preferred: Experience with multiple business models, distributed teams, rapid headcount growth, and hands on skills with modern operations tools (CRMs, project management, automation).

How You Work
You default to ownership; if it falls between roles, you pick it up.

You love being told to figure it out and returning with a bulletproof plan.

You seamlessly jump from a five year strategy to fixing a broken spreadsheet formula in the same hour.

You prefer fixing the system over fighting the same fire twice.

What We Offer
Direct exposure to executive decision making.

A genuine path into senior leadership.

A high autonomy environment where your work visibly moves the business.
