About the role

GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains: processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle.

Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.

Tasks

Win enterprise customers through partners. Work with our partners to open doors to large accounts and convert them into customers together.

Own partner relationships from start to finish. Be the trusted contact for our partners, understand their goals, and build the trust that turns into joint deals.

Build solutions with partners. Turn messy operational challenges into clear, well-scoped solutions on top of systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics, matching what our platform can do with what the end customer needs.

Drive adoption and growth. Guide joint customers from first deployment to scaling AI across more workflows, and keep finding new ways to grow the business with each partner.

Work with senior stakeholders. Partner with operational leaders, IT, and executives on both sides to build buy-in and navigate complex decisions with many people involved.

Own the commercial side. Lead contract, pricing, and renewal conversations that work for us, the partner, and the customer.

Represent GeneralMind in the market. Grow our presence among operations and supply-chain leaders through events, roundtables, webinars, and conferences, and feed what you learn back into product, marketing, and GTM.

Requirements

Experience in enterprise partnerships, account management, strategic sourcing or procurement, consulting, or B2B SaaS, ideally partner- or customer-facing. Recent graduates are welcome too, especially with strong internships.

A track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across operations, IT, and leadership.

You pick up complex products and operational processes quickly, and can translate their value into clear business outcomes for non-technical buyers.

Strong commercial instincts: comfortable owning contract, pricing, and negotiation conversations.

A structured, analytical approach: you think in stakeholder maps, success metrics, and review rhythms.

An outgoing, credible communicator who can represent GeneralMind on stage, in the room, and in writing.

Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or enterprise operations is a strong plus.

Strong curiosity for AI tools and a real willingness to make them part of how you work.

Excellent communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
