You're responsible for the quality of our collection processes and teams. You develop trainings and document processes that enable your colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality work. Based on sample insights, you analyze gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and directly translate these into optimized trainings and processes. You're the bridge between operations and quality assurance - with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement.

You work internationally with teams across different markets, expanding our documentation and training materials to new European markets.

Your Responsibilities: Training Design, Delivery & Quality Improvement: You develop, implement, and optimize trainings and learning paths. Through regular sample analyses conducted by the team, you identify gaps and directly translate improvements into new trainings
Process documentation & expansion: You document, update, and expand our process documentation to additional European markets (such as the UK)
Knowledge management: You build and structure a knowledge database that serves as a foundation for AI-powered tools and support the quality management department in AI-driven processes
Data-driven optimization: You leverage our KPI reporting for continuous improvement of our quality standards
International collaboration: You work cross-functionally with teams across other entities and squads to anchor processes and documentation locally

What we're looking for:Must-HavesExperience: Minimum 3+ years at senior level in Training & Documentation and/or Quality Management
Languages: Fluent in English, German knowledge is beneficial 
Technical competence: Experience with Learning Management Systems or learning path design; familiarity with process documentation and process optimization
Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of internationally varying regulatory requirements, ideally in Collections and/or Data Protection
AI tools: Basic understanding of AI-powered tools such as Claude and their practical application
Soft skills: Independent, structured work style with ownership mentality and strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-HavesExperience in the collections industry or other heavily regulated sectors (Legal, Finance, Compliance)
Knowledge of another European language
Experience with Debt Collection in the UK and applicable regulatory requirements
Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience with Instructional Design (ID) Frameworks, Content Management, or Knowledge Engineering

For this senior position, our salary band is €47,000 - €57,000 per year (based on a 40-hour week). The exact offer depends on your experience and qualifications. We're also open to strong mid-level candidates - in that case, the salary would be below this range

Our Interview Process:First online interview with Jasmin (Talent Acquisition Specialist): 30-45 minutes
We get to know you, your motivation and background, and you'll get first insights into PAIR Finance and the role.
Second online interview with Sandra (Team Lead Quality Collection): 60 minutes
We'll dive deeper into your experience and the position. This is your chance to learn more about the tasks, challenges, and the team.
Third on-site interview with the entire team: 60 minutes
We'll conduct a case study during this conversation. Please plan for approximately 1–2 hours of preparation time. We'll assess your functional knowledge, discuss collaboration with internal stakeholders and within the team.
