Analytics & Reporting

Monitor email performance including revenue, revenue per recipient, conversion, engagement, unsubscribe rates, deliverability, and flow performance.

Analyze results and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Director of Retention.

Website Popups & Conversion

Own the strategy and optimization of website popups, banners, overlays, and other onsite conversion tools.

Develop acquisition, promotional, subscription, and exit-intent experiences that increase conversion and customer value.
