About the role

Job Description:

Ironmark is looking for a creative and organized Content Marketing Specialist to help us tell our story across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing editorial calendars, and finding ways to maximize the impact of every piece of content. As Ironmark’s Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll understand and live the perspective of our ICP and personas, along with Ironmark’s positioning and how we add value to our best prospects. Using that north star, you will plan, create and distribute content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. From blog posts and webinars to podcasts and social media, you'll help ensure our content is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Create High-Quality Content

Develop and manage content across multiple channels, including:

Blog articles

Customer stories and case studies

Social media content

Email campaigns

Webinar promotion and follow-up

Podcast production and promotion

Video scripts and supporting content

Website copy

Manage the Content Process

Maintain the editorial calendar

Coordinate content production from idea to publication

Work with internal subject matter experts

Manage freelancers or creative vendors when needed

Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across channels

Measure Performance

Track content performance

Recommend optimization opportunities

Use analytics to improve future content

Identify high-performing content to repurpose

Growth & Mentorship

This role is built to grow. You'll work closely with Ironmark's AI and Operations leaders to learn how to build AI-assisted content systems that make a small team produce like a large one, a skillset that is quickly becoming one of the most valuable in marketing. As you build that capability and the function grows, so does the role, with a path toward content leadership.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

At least 3 years of content marketing experience

Experience creating content for multiple marketing channels

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Experience managing content calendars

Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate complex topics into engaging content

Familiarity with SEO and content optimization

Experience with video, podcast, or webinar production workflows

Knowledge of marketing analytics and content performance measurement

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

HubSpot Marketing Hub

B2B marketing

WordPress or other CMS

Graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
