As a (Junior) Office Manager, you will be a daily go-to contact for our 400+ team members. You’ll support our office team across a wide variety of tasks, coordinating room setups, supporting onboarding, stocking supplies, and keeping our spaces in top shape. What you will do:
Together with the Office team, you are responsible for the well-being of our 380+ employees in Hamburg and creating a superb work environment for them

You will be one of the contact persons for all colleagues with any office-related questions or feedback

You keep things in order and are always aware of what’s needed to maintain a great office environment

You monitor stock levels of office supplies, food & drinks and make timely orders to ensure that essentials are always available

You help to organize exciting events, from team get-togethers to big celebrations like our annual Christmas party

You coordinate repairs and maintenance in the offices, keep in contact with facility managers as well as cleaning services

You help to manage our in-house gym and our trainer schedule

You welcome national and international guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and prepare meeting rooms accordingly

You support the onboarding of new employees and provide keys to them

Depending on your experience and interests, take over responsibility for your own projects

Who you are:
You like to help, and you are service- and solution-oriented

You are engaged, proactive, and you like to take over responsibility for your own projects

You love working in a team and jumping in where a hand is needed

You know how to keep yourself organized and can adjust multiple tasks flexibly

You are diligent and enjoy bringing things into order - whether it’s organizing events, sorting things out, or stocking our office fridges

You have an eye for the small details, always ensuring that nothing is left unchecked or forgotten

You have some experience from working in the service-, hospitality- or gastronomy area or in offices

Ideally, you have expertise in relevant areas, e.g. event management, building and office administration, as well as basic craftsman skills

You communicate in German in a conversational level and fluent English abilities

You know how to use common communication tools

On-site Commitment: This role is 100% on-site at our Hamburg headquarters to ensure effective communication and hands-on management. But no worries, our office is amazing!
