Position Summary:
Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, introducing them to the recruiting process and identifying those committed to playing at the next level. In this full-time, entry-level sales position, you will make high-volume outbound calls to educate families on our services and schedule appointments with Senior Sales Specialists. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a competitive mindset and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals. On average, first-year earnings for Sales Coordinators meeting performance expectations earn between $41,000 to $50,000. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and other factors. Position Responsibilities:

Make 80-100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time)

Educate families on our services in a clear and respectful manner, building trust early in the recruiting process

Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups

Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively

Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings

Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 6 months of professional work or internship experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Flexibility to work some nights/weekends

Basic understanding of sports and college recruiting landscape

Preferred Skills:

1 year of sales experience, particularly in a high call volume sales environment

Prior experience in sports, either as a collegiate athlete or coach.

Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
