Manage meeting room hardware by testing, updating and replacing equipment

Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including basic diagnosis and application access, and escalate to level 2 when needed

Identify recurring requests and contribute to continuous improvement

Working with us, you will learn:

How to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and maintain reliable asset data

How on-site IT support contributes to a smooth employee experience

How to identify opportunities to improve operational processes through documentation, automation and performance indicators
