Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt a.M. einen Microsoft 365 Office Support Specialist (m/f/d) für unsere Business Unit Modern Collaboration.

Aufgaben

Als Microsoft 365 Office Support Specialist (m/f/d) analysierst und löst du komplexe technische Herausforderungen, stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb moderner M365-Services sicher und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen. Mit deinem Know-how, deinem Servicegedanken und deiner Teamarbeit leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Services.

Qualifizierte Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und Service Requests im Microsoft-365-Umfeld

Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und nachhaltige Lösungsfindung

Sicherstellung eines stabilen und performanten Betriebs der M365-Services

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem First-Level-Support sowie Eskalation an 3rd-Level- oder Consulting-Teams bei Bedarf

Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und Best Practices

Unterstützung bei Changes, Rollouts und kleineren Optimierungsprojekten

Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Support-Prozessen und Servicequalität

Qualifikation

Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung, Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der IT

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote und OneDrive

Erfahrung bei der Analyse und Behebung von Problemen innerhalb der Microsoft 365 Apps

Grundkenntnisse von Microsoft Copilot für Microsoft 365

Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

Supporterfahrung, idealerweise in Enterprise-Umgebungen

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2) / Englisch mind. B2
