About the role

Performance Marketer
Dynime is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented performance marketer to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth. In this role, you will manage paid advertising across multiple platforms, optimize conversion funnels, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve return on investment (ROI).
You will work closely with the Growth, Sales, Creative, Content, and Customer Success teams to generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximize marketing performance across our global markets.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative experimentation and has a passion for scaling campaigns using data, automation, and AI.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketer, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven paid marketing strategies. You'll manage advertising budgets, optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and use analytics to improve performance across multiple channels.
You'll help grow MegaCorp's software, AI, consulting, digital marketing, business formation, and technology services while ensuring every marketing dollar contributes to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Manage advertising budgets efficiently.

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Continuously improve campaign performance using data-driven decisions.

Campaign Optimization

Monitor campaign performance daily.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy.

Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys.

Improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting

Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

Analyze user behavior and attribution data.

Build dashboards and performance reports.

Present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Forecast campaign performance and budget allocation.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance.

Identify friction points in customer journeys.

Test new messaging and user experiences.

Improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with Content, SEO, Creative, and Sales teams.

Align campaigns with business objectives.

Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Contribute to marketing strategy and planning.

AI & Automation

Utilize AI tools to improve campaign efficiency.

Implement marketing automation workflows.

Explore predictive targeting and AI-assisted optimization.

Continuously evaluate emerging advertising technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing advertising budgets and performance metrics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Experience using Looker Studio or Power BI for reporting.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

Experience in B2B SaaS, technology services, AI, consulting, or digital agencies.

Knowledge of remarketing, attribution modeling, and marketing automation.

Experience with SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
