What’s the position?
Join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where you'll transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.
Design and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports in Tableau tracking player behavior and wagering results across multiple states for both iGaming and Sportsbook verticals.
Conduct variance analysis on revenue trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Partner with FP&A to forecast revenue performance and identify growth opportunities or risks.
Analyze player cohorts to identify behavioral trends and predict lifetime value opportunities.
Ensure data quality and integrity of our revenue reporting while collaborating with our broader Finance and Accounting teams.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
2-3 years in Business Intelligence or Quantitative Analysis
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
Strong communication skills with ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a team setting, while balancing multiple individual projects at any given time
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field
Prior Sportsbook/Casino/Online Gaming experience
Exposure to revenue recognition principles or FP&A processes
Exposure utilizing AI tools to assist or build more efficient work streams
