Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung

Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten und Buchungen

Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

Durchführung konzerninterner Abstimmungen

Bearbeitung von Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten und Anlagen

Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens

Betreuung interner Fachbereiche sowie von Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung

Vereinheitlichung, Dokumentation und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Übernahme zusätzlicher Fachthemen und Finanzprojekte

Dein ProfilAbgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung

Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder Bilanzbuchhalter von Vorteil

Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen

Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen buchhalterischen Sachverhalten

Eigenständige und sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Finanzthemen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
