Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Senior E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Standort in München.

Gehalt: 5.000 € brutto im Monat

Deine Aufgaben
Eigenständige Betreuung von Onlinehändlern mit Jahresumsätzen in Millionenhöhe

Beratung zu Onlineshop, Kundenservice, Abläufen und Online-Werbung

Durchführung regelmäßiger Kundentermine

Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen

Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Empfehlungen

Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und Absprachen

Die ECOZA GmbH mit Sitz in München berät Onlinehändler bei Wachstum, Organisation und Prozessen. Bisher haben wir über 550 Onlineshops betreut.

Deine Qualifikationen
Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce (Agentur, Onlinehändler oder Beratung)

Erfahrung in der Betreuung größerer Kunden

Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen

Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung (z. B. BWL) von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wohnort in München oder Umgebung
